Recognition :
Our repeaters are based on a non-profit basis .All the
time placed into the repeaters would not be possible without the support
from the regional radio dealers who allow this equipment on their sites
at no cost to our club.
Without the generous support of
many of the Hi-Site owners whom have supported our equipment accommodation ,we are eternally grateful .
In many cases Ham Radio is not recognised as an essential
service to the community to which we belong .
It is only under extreme disasters that some recognition
is rewarded .
With the communications provided for such event as ; Comrades Marathon ,Natal Motor Ralley events ,Cycle tournaments and many more , this
is all possible with the help of the commercial operators mentioned .
Once again a good many thanks to all those who have
supported the clubs repeater activities through the years.
